Bruce joined the Keegor Group (Leonard Light Industries) in 1981 as head of the design office. With his qualifications (Mechanical and Electrical Engineer) and +35 years of experience in engineering and mining, Bruce has been instrumental in many of the product designs we continue to manufacture today. Bruce was appointed the Group Managing Director in 2008.

Michelle completed her articles at Ernst & Young in Johannesburg, and later went on to join the Forensic Investigation and Dispute Services department within EY. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010. Michelle joined the Keegor Group (Leonard Light Industries) in 2011 as the Financial Manager. She was appointed the Group Financial Director in 2015.

Guy is a recent addition to the Keegor Group, having started in January 2016. He trained as a financial manager in the logistics industry for Kings Express Freight (Pty) Ltd, before being transferred to Imperial Express as a Finance Business Partner. He is currently studying towards a professional qualification through CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Guy has been appointed as the Business Unit Analyst for Keegor Group.

Jaysen joined the Keegor Group (Leonard Light Industries) in 2002 as an Electrician. He was appointed as a Client Liaison Manager in 2014 and with his +15 years experience in electrical and industrial automation was appointed Systems Engineer in 2015.

Eddie joined Keegor Meltech in 2015 from Morgan Advanced Materials where he was Regional Sales Manager for Sub-Sahara Africa. He has extensive knowledge of crucible applications and markets with +17 years of experience in this field. Eddie has been appointed as the Sales Director for Keegor Meltech since 2015.
